PhotoMachining to represent LightFab in US market

LightFab has entered into an agreement with PhotoMachining to represent their products and services in the US.

LightFab (Aachen, Germany) has entered into an agreement with PhotoMachining (Pelham, NH) to represent their products and services in the US.

LightFab has developed a selective laser etching (SLE) method that allows extremely precise manufacturing in materials like quartz and fused silica. The method involves exposing the material using an ultrafast laser and then selectively etching using potassium hydroxide (KOH) or hydrofluoric acid (HF). This award-winning technology (2016 Prism Award for Industrial Lasers) is extremely useful for microfluidic devices, via formation and other complex parts.
