New York, NY - PhotoScribe Technologies has introduced an affordable, tabletop 193nm excimer laser for micromarking, micromachining, and microdrilling applications.

The LMS-650 excimer has a proven track record in performance, said David Benderly, president of PhotoScribe Technologies. Due to the ease and success in the diamond and gemstone industry, PhotoScribe modified this tabletop system for micromarking, micromachining, and microdrilling.

PhotoScribe specializes in microfabrication on a wide range of materials including hard, brittle, delicate, and transparent materials. PhotoScribe can assist customers through the entire process of product development, from the initial feasibility tests, research and development, prototyping and scale up to the manufacture and installation of laser and vision systems for production.

PhotoScribe will be at the Micro-Manufacturing Conference in Minneapolis on April 16-17.
