ES Technology, Léognan, France, has completed its range of class 1 laser machines with a portable marking workstation that meets industrials requirements, especially when it comes to individual metal or plastic parts or small series marking.
Made in stainless steel, the machine can be used in every kind of environment, even cleanrooms. Four handles, very compact dimensions (less than 1 m3) and low weight (less than 45 kg) are making this laser machine easy to transport from one place to another within a production unit.
It is also simple to settle or to remove the light (from 0.8 to 1.2 kg depending on the model) and easy to handle laser head inside it thanks to a specially designed clamp. Our industrial laser machine has been specially designed to include es CODE Ytterbium fiber lasers, an ES TECHNOLOGY exclusive. This ensures high working quality, high reliability and almost no maintenance needs.
In spite of its low volume, this laser marking machine is provided with a large class 1 manual door and a large safety vision window (380 x 280 mm), complying with CE standards. And, with the help of an internal LED lightning, the operator can keep an eye on the laser process. Moreover, two special openings on the sides allow very large parts, up to 1000 mm, inside the workstation.
To fulfill all industrial needs, this laser machine is provided with a working table, a 150 mm data processing Z column and a Harting connector. A range of accessories like a fume extractor, a capacitive sensor and a rotary module is also available to adapt the system to specific applications.
The es MARK graphical editor, developed by ES Technology teams, allows for an overall and accurate control of the Ytterbium fiber laser integrated in that kind of industrial laser machine. Flexible and powerful, the es MARK software is nevertheless intuitive and easy to use. It enables the marking of all kinds of datas (logos, texts, barcodes, etc.), even on cylindrical parts.
