TRUMPF to showcase laser for marking at LME 2016
The TruMark 1110 diode-pumped vanadate laser for marking contains a beam source, controls, internal focal position control, and scanner within a shoebox-sized enclosure.
The TruMark 1110 diode-pumped vanadate laser for marking contains a beam source, controls, internal focal position control, and scanner within a shoebox-sized enclosure. Internal control of the focal position and pulse-to-pulse stability result in marks at pulse widths <25ns. Since the laser operates in the infrared range, it has uses in marking metals, plastics, and leather. It features the company's TruTops Mark software to connect to user-specific databases or control systems, existing databases, and ERP systems to eliminate manual data entry and the associated risk of error. ATruMark Observer integrated camera system is able to read data matrix codes and identify the position and alignment of a workpiece.
