Ryerson acquires metal fabricator Laserflex

Industrial metals distributor and processor Ryerson has acquired metal fabricator Laserflex.

Industrial metals distributor and processor Ryerson (Chicago, IL) has acquired metal fabricator Laserflex (Columbus, OH, and Wellford, SC), which specializes in laser metal processing and welding. The acquisition further enhances Ryerson's existing fabrication and metal processing capabilities.

Laserflex employs more than 100 employees at its two locations and has annual revenue of approximately $25 million.
