    Fluorescence lifetime imaging camera by Lambert Instruments

    The Toggel fluorescence lifetime imaging camera features a CCD image sensor that eliminates the need for an image intensifier.
    FIGURE 1. Cells are labeled with Alexa488 and Alexa568 in a fluorescence-lifetime image, merged with intensity in grayscale, obtained using the LIFA frequency-domain FLIM system. The lifetime of the Alexa488 is shown and a clear decrease is visible where the Alexa488 and Alexa568 are interacting with each other (FRET) at the centrosomes (the microtubule organizing centers inside the cell that are required for cell-cycle progression through G1-S phase).
