Synrad adds direct sales and support for CO2 lasers in China

Customers in China will now have direct access to a wide range of CO2 lasers from Synrad.

Aiming to to meet the increasing requirements of customers in China, sales, applications engineering, service, and support for Synrad's (Mukilteo, WA; a business unit of Novanta) CO2 lasers will transition from A&P Instrument (Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong) to Novanta's China subsidiary (Shenzhen, China). The transition will take place in phases over the next several months in 2019.

Customers will now have direct access to a wide range of CO2 lasers from Synrad, along with laser beam-steering subsystems from Cambridge Technology (Bedford, MA), which is also a business unit of Novanta.

The Novanta sales, applications engineering, and service center in Shenzhen will provide customers with quick and direct support for Synrad CO2 lasers, including technical support, product service, and applications testing.
