4JET to showcase laser-based glass processing solutions at Glasstec 2014

German laser system integrator 4JET Technologies will showcase its portfolio of laser solutions for glass processing at the Glasstec 2014 trade fair, to be held October 21-24, 2014, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Alsdorf, Germany - German laser system integrator 4JET Technologies will showcase its portfolio of laser solutions for glass processing at the Glasstec 2014 trade fair, to be held October 21-24, 2014, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The company offers laser systems for mass production, including for hole drilling in window, solar, and display glass. At Glasstec, the company will inform attendees about its novel process for separation of glass by controlled crack propagation, as well as showcase solutions for patterning of thin films on glass substrates.

4JET's laser cutting process.

Exhibits will include a range of different glass materials processed by the company, including chemically strengthened glass for mobile electronics, ultrathin flexible glass, sapphire, and soda lime substrates.
