eurolaser says these six laser cutting and engraving machines were made to improve efficiency and to better implement customer requirements.
Luneburg, Germany - eurolaser has a track record of close on twenty years as a leading manufacturer of high-end laser systems for cutting and engraving of non-metallic materials. Now, an entirely new generation of machines is being established in the market.
These machines were introduced to the public for the first time at the in-house Laser Fair in September of this year. Three of the six new models were presented initially. The processing areas of the predecessor models have mostly been retained. However, a completely new machine size has been added. The model L-1600 has a processing area of 1.800 x 1.630 mm. It expands the current product range to 12 different laser systems.
The expandability of the laser systems has always been of major importance in developments. The new models are again based on a modular design, so that users can always be offered the right solution for their specific applications. The ability to use mechanical tools in parallel to the laser is of particular interest. This allows even greater flexibility in processing.
There are also specific solutions, such as the specially developed shuttle table, which allows loading and unloading during the cutting process and thereby increases the productivity of the system by up to 75%. The new laser systems also offer fully automatic processing of textiles, including unwinding and winding. Many small ideas and adaptations simplify system operation, reduce running costs and optimize the machining processes in terms of output and handling.
