Multi-focus optics for material processing
AdlOptica has introduced its foXXus objectives for use in micromachining applications.
AdlOptica (Berlin, Germany) has introduced its foXXus objectives for use in micromachining applications, including cutting glass and sapphire with ultrafast lasers. They redistribute laser energy along the optical axis, enabling higher productivity and improved quality in material processing. The objectives operate with both TEM00 and multimode lasers at various wavelengths, and their compact design and low sensitivity to misalignments make quick, easy, and simple integration of objectives in existing equipment possible.
