Golden, CO -- Epilog Laser has received an award from Frost & Sullivan for its efforts in the laser marking and engraving sector.

The producer of CO₂ and fiber laser systems won the 2012 North American Customer Value Enhancement Award due to its "inordinate focus on enhancing the value that its customers receive, beyond simply good customer service, leading to improved customer retention and, ultimately, customer base expansion," said Muthuraman Ramasamy, industry analyst and team leader at Frost & Sullivan, in a statement.
