DILAS expands its QCW high power vertical diode laser stack product line

DILAS, Mainz, Germany, has expanded its QCW high-power vertical diode laser stacked arrays. These devices are now available at 1940nm with power ranges up to 12W QCW per bar and optional fast-axis collimation.
