Conference covers developments in industrial laser technology

June 28--The Forum AutoVision, scheduled for October 20, 2005, in Wolfsburg, Germany, will cover the most recent developments and prospects of cutting-edge laser technology in the industry, as well as its use in a variety of application areas.

Under the patronage of Frank Loeschmann (Volkswagen AG), high-ranking specialists of the automotive industry, aviation, research, and supply, will introduce and discuss what is possible to realize today and the visions of tomorrow. Cooperation with leading conferences in the U.S. (Automotive Laser Applications Workshop--ALAW) and Japan (Japanese Welding Application Workshop) is expected to increase international participation.

The variety of presentations--from development and research to the practical application of industrially used laser technology--gives a comprehensive insight into the current state as well as an outlook for the ongoing success of the various application areas.

The conference is intended for developers and users, specialists and managers as well as those whose current or future tasks involve industrial laser technology.

Simultaneous interpretation of the event will be in German and English.
